This site gives general information about our loads and how buying works. Your rep confirms the details of any load before you buy.
2. Listings and manifests
A manifest shows what was scanned into a load. It doesn't promise what comes off the truck. Contents, piece counts and condition vary. Photos show the category, not the exact load, unless the listing says otherwise.
3. Prices, freight and availability
Prices and availability change, and loads sell fast. A delivered price is a quote until your rep confirms it. Freight is quoted upfront and charged on top of the load price.
4. No promise of profit
Liquidation truckloads are a risk. We don't promise any profit, return or resale result. Retail or MSRP prices on a manifest are not what you'll resell the merchandise for. Your results depend on your market, your sales channel and the load. Anything on this site about how resellers use loads is an example, not a prediction.
5. Not professional advice
We aren't accountants, lawyers or financial advisors. Make business, tax and legal decisions with your own advisors, and make sure your purchase and resale follow the laws that apply to you.
6. Retailer names and vendor codes
Retailer names, abbreviations and vendor codes on this site describe where merchandise came from. We're an independent wholesaler. We aren't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any retailer named or abbreviated here. All trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Automated tools
Our website chat and assistants are automated and can make mistakes. Your rep confirms anything that matters.
8. Other sites
We aren't responsible for other companies' sites or what they say.
9. How this fits with our terms
