1. Business buyers only
Worldly Treasures Liquidators, Inc. ("WTL", "we", "us") is a national truckload wholesaler. We sell full truckloads of returns, overstock and shelf-pull merchandise to businesses that buy for resale. By using this site, requesting a quote or buying from us, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are buying for resale or other business use and not for personal or household use, and that the information you give us is accurate.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover wtliquidators.com, our quote and price pages, our website chat, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and our text program. When you buy a load, your invoice and the sale terms your rep sends before you pay ("Sale Terms") also apply. If they differ from these terms, the Sale Terms control for that purchase.
3. Listings, manifests and photos
- A listing describes a load. It is not a promise about every item in it.
- A manifest shows what was scanned into a load. It doesn't promise what comes off the truck. Contents, piece counts and condition vary.
- Photos show the category, not the exact load, unless the listing says otherwise.
- Retail or MSRP prices on a manifest are not what you'll resell the merchandise for.
- Loads sell fast. A load can sell before you act, and nothing is held for you until your rep confirms it.
4. Quotes and delivered prices
- A delivered price is the load price plus freight to your ZIP. Freight is quoted upfront and charged on top of the load price.
- Asking for a quote does not place an order. A delivered price on screen or by text or email is a quote, not a final price.
- Your desired ship date is a request, not a promise.
- Your rep confirms availability, condition, your delivered cost and the ship date with you before anything is owed.
- Your rep confirms delivery to your location.
5. Buying a load
- Payment: by wire transfer or ACH. We don't take credit cards.
- Taxes: if you're buying for resale, send your rep your seller's permit or resale certificate. Without one, sales tax may apply.
- AS IS: LIQUIDATION TRUCKLOADS ARE A RISK. EVERY LOAD IS SOLD "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS". WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE CONDITION, PIECE COUNT OR RESALE PRICE OF ANY LOAD OR ITEM, AND WE MAKE NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS YOUR SALE TERMS OR OUR PROTECTED BUYER FUNDS PROGRAM PROVIDE.
- Protected Buyer Funds: our Protected Buyer Funds program is built so buyers aren't left holding the bag. Your rep walks you through how it applies to your purchase before you pay. Nothing in these terms limits it.
- If a load isn't what we described: tell your rep right away, with photos, and we'll work with you to make it right.
6. Text messages
- Program: texts from Worldly Treasures Liquidators about your quote requests, orders and deliveries, loads like the ones you asked about, and load alerts you sign up for.
- Consent: you agree by checking the consent box on our quote form, submitting a Facebook or Instagram lead form that includes this consent, signing up for alerts, or texting a keyword to us. Texts may be sent by automated technology. Agreeing isn't required to buy; you can call 214-256-1854 instead.
- Frequency: message frequency varies. Load alerts are limited to 2 a week.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or tell us any other reasonable way. We confirm once and stop.
- Help: reply HELP, email support@worldlytreasuresliquidators.com or call 214-256-1854.
- Your number: you confirm you are the account holder or an authorized user of the number you give us, and you'll tell us if it changes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Calls, chat and automated assistants
Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and we tell you at the start of a recorded call. Our website chat, some text replies and our main phone line may be answered by automated assistants. They give general answers and can be wrong. Ask for a person anytime. Your rep confirms anything that matters before you buy.
8. Using the site
Don't misuse the site. That means no unlawful use, no fake quote requests, no scraping or copying our listings without written permission, no attempts to break or overload the site, and no pretending to be someone else.
9. Our content and other companies' names
The site's text, photos and design belong to us or our licensors. Retailer names, abbreviations and vendor codes describe where merchandise came from. We aren't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those retailers, and their trademarks belong to them.
10. Other sites
We aren't responsible for other companies' sites or services, even when we link to them.
11. The website itself
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" and can't promise it will always be error-free or online. This section is about the website. It doesn't reduce what your Sale Terms or our Protected Buyer Funds program provide.
12. Limits on liability for website use
For claims about using the website, as opposed to a purchase, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to $100. Purchases are governed by your Sale Terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
13. Misuse
If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
14. Texas law
Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post a notice on our site and update the date at the top. Changes don't apply to a purchase already confirmed.
16. The rest
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver. These terms, our Privacy Policy and your Sale Terms are the whole agreement about the site.
