Southeast Liquidation
Truckloads.

The Southeast runs busy with resellers, and the reason is the ground itself. Auction houses do strong business from the Carolinas down through Florida. Bin stores keep opening across Georgia and the Carolinas. Demand is dense, so loads route here because the buyers are here. Delivery covers eight states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, and West Virginia. If your dock sits inside that footprint, the question is usually which load fits your floor this week, not whether one will.

The book here runs broad and goes deep across categories. Mixed and electronics are the heaviest streams, and the electronics side includes a power-on-tested program where each unit is checked for power-on only and the visibly broken pieces are pulled before the load ships. Scratch-and-dent appliance programs ride here too, usually manifested line by line so a counted-unit load reads on the manifest before you quote. Add high-piece-count builds, apparel, furniture, and grocery, and a Southeast buyer rarely runs out of category to work. Condition is retailer-sourced and it varies. We pass along the grades and photos as we get them.

This footprint is also where manifested loads concentrate. A strong share of Southeast loads ship manifested, which matters most to the buyers who plan on the manifest before they spend a dollar. Manifests describe expected contents and are provided for reference. Actual contents can vary, so we note condition clearly and flag what we cannot control. We describe the condition the way the load record shows it, rather than rounding it up, and we name box damage separately from product damage, because a dented carton and a damaged unit are not the same problem. We sell full truckloads only, not individual pallets, so plan your floor for a full trailer.

Every one of the seven resale channels we serve is active somewhere in these eight states, from auction houses moving oversize singles to bin stores buying on volume to online sellers shooting and relisting. Freight determines your delivered price, so we quote it upfront, charge it on top of the load price, and pin it to your exact ZIP, with no hidden fees and no surprises at delivery. A Jacksonville dock and a Memphis floor get the same lane pricing from us. Set a Southeast alert, pick your vendors and categories, and matching loads reach your messages the moment they go live.
