These truckloads are built from many small, bright, diverse pieces rather than a handful of large ones, so a single pallet carries high piece counts and a load carries the volume a treasure-hunt floor burns through in a week. The merchandise skews small by design: health and beauty, cosmetics, housewares, domestics, toys, and electronics, a deep, varied small-goods mix, not a few standout pieces. You are buying breadth and velocity, which is what a bin floor turns into money.
Two streams matter enough that buyers ask for them by code. The AMZ program runs in two shapes: FC merchandise comes out of fulfillment newer and less handled, and LPN streams are returns that often carry expensive individual items worth pulling. The TRGT HPC program is bright, colorful, and very diverse, with no clothes and no shoes, so a floor that hates soft lines stays clean. These streams behave consistently, which is why the same buyers reorder them. Pick a stream by code and you know the shape of what lands before you quote.
An HPC load comes down to two reads. First, the manifest. Some loads are manifested and some are not, and we label it per load, because merchandise this small and this fast often moves unmanifested at the source. Manifests describe expected contents and are provided for reference. Actual contents can vary, so we note condition honestly and flag what we cannot control. Second, condition. It is retailer-sourced and it varies, so we pass along the grades and photos as we get them and describe the condition the way the load record shows it, rather than rounding it up. We never claim we inspect every piece.
