Nothing has been picked over between the source and your dock, so the load you buy is the load the program produced, undeliverables and all. Undeliverables are frequently unopened product that simply never reached a doorstep: refused deliveries, failed addresses, and carrier returns that never met a customer's hands at all. What you buy is what the program built, carton for carton.
