WHR · Between Drops

WHR moves fast.
Be first when it lands.

We don't list loads we don't have, so WHR reads empty between drops. It doesn't stay that way for long. Leave your number and a rep follows up with the closest options we have now, plus you get a text the moment the next WHR load goes live.

Real loads, condition straight from the record. Never a listing we can't ship.
Your funds stay protected until the load is confirmed and shipping.
Freight quoted upfront for your ZIP and passed through at cost, with no hidden fees and no surprises at delivery. We never mark it up.

[ 02 ] Field notes

On heavy appliances, the line you are reading is the decision, and freight is the rest of it.

Why WHR Buys on the Manifest Line

WHR is our appliance code, large and small home appliances sold by the truckload. The grade that defines this class is scratch and dent: a working unit that picked up a cosmetic mark somewhere on the trip. That is a different risk than a customer return whose history nobody can tell you, and knowing which one you are buying is why you read the manifest. When a load carries a manifest, appliance loads tend to list line by line with retail-value framing, so each unit reads as its own decision before you ever quote.

On heavy appliances, buy off the manifest line. Each unit is high-value and heavy, so the line item is where the deal lives, and the freight and the handling are the rest of it. A dented carton and a damaged unit are not the same problem, so we name box damage separately from product damage and pass along grades and photos as we get them. We describe the condition the way the load record shows it, rather than rounding it up. On appliances that means the dent gets described, not discovered at your dock.

Freight is half the math on this code. Appliances ship heavy and oversize, so the lane is a real share of the deal and never something we bake in or hand-wave. We quote your freight to your ZIP upfront, on top of the load price, with no hidden fees and no surprises at delivery, so the number you compare against your resale plan is the load price plus the freight we quote on top, not a dock guess. On white goods a guessed lane is where deals go wrong. A clear look at your dock, your crew, and your delivery setup comes before you commit, not after the truck is rolling.

WHR is a newer code on this page. The merchandise is not new to us, but the label is, so the dedicated grid runs lean while the program settles under it, and the alert is how most buyers catch a load. The floors set up for heavy goods do best here: scratch-and-dent appliance floors, appliance dealers, discount retailers, and resellers with the crews to deliver. Set a WHR alert and the next matching truckload reaches you the moment it goes live, stream named, manifest linked where one exists.

The nature of WHR inventory

WHR truckloads contain a mix of customer returns, overstock, and shelf pulls. What is listed is what we know at the time. Freight is quoted separately for your location and charged on top.

Pulled straight from the loads on this page. It updates as new loads arrive and others sell.

What WHR Buyers Say

★★★★★

They were honest about what was on the load and what they could not guarantee. The price held from quote to delivery. That alone makes them different from everyone else I have bought from.

Verified buyer · Reseller, 4 years buying
★★★★★

They answered the phone and walked me through condition before I paid. My funds stayed protected until it shipped. That is rare in this space.

WHR Truckload Buyer FAQs

WHR is our appliance code: large and small home appliances sold whole by the truckload. The dominant grade is scratch and dent, meaning a working unit that picked up a cosmetic mark on the trip. The tile and the manifest name the stream and condition before you quote. We sell full truckloads only, not individual pallets.
Whenever the grid shows one, yes: a tile here is a load you can quote today. WHR is a newer code on the page, so the grid can run lean while the program settles under it. When it is quiet, set the alert and we will reach you the moment a matching load goes live.
Scratch and dent is the class norm: the unit works, the surface shows the trip. A customer return is a different risk grade entirely, and we never blur the two. We name box damage separately from product damage, and we describe the condition the way the load record shows it, rather than rounding it up.
Appliance loads in this class tend to ship manifested line by line, and we label it per load. Manifests describe expected contents and are provided for reference. Actual contents can vary, so we note condition honestly and flag what we cannot control.
Charged on top of the load price, never baked in. Appliances ship heavy and oversize, so the lane is a real share of the deal. We quote it upfront for your ZIP, with no hidden fees and no surprises at delivery, so you see the load price and the freight before you commit.
Buyers set up for heavy goods: scratch-and-dent appliance floors, appliance dealers, discount retailers, and resellers with delivery crews or buyers who pick up their own freight. New appliances at liquidation cost reward a floor with the space and the trucks to move them.
