No clothes, no shoes, bright and colorful. The HPC program is the signature, and it is built to sell by the piece.
The TRGT HPC program is the signature stream on this code: small, bright, colorful, very diverse merchandise with high piece counts per pallet and no clothes and no shoes, by design. That profile is why it prices low per piece and why bin stores treat it as a weekly staple. Buyers tell us the same thing, it turns fast on a treasure-hunt floor. If you sell by the piece at low price points, this is the program built for your model, and the build sizes ladder up as your floor space grows.
The premium general merchandise class works differently. These loads usually ship fully manifested and retailer-inspected, dense and packed for retail, with pallets that stack tall. The program excludes playground-line merchandise, holiday seasonal, food and candy, apparel and shoes, visibly broken pieces, and low-value filler. Those exclusions are what make the class premium, and they leave a tighter, denser load to work with. What remains is the kind of list a buyer can plan a floor against, with detailed, retailer-inspected paperwork that manifest-first buyers rely on.
Condition on this code is a genuine mix. New merchandise, customer returns, shelf pulls, and overstock travel together on most general merchandise loads, while the HPC side typically runs without a manifest. That is normal for this code, not a warning sign, and the tile tells you which stream you are looking at. Manifests describe expected contents and are provided for reference. Actual contents can vary, so we note condition honestly and flag what we cannot control. Quality is retailer-sourced and varies, passed along as received.
There is also a new-with-tags apparel stream, unprocessed and deep, carrying the brands the retailer stocks. It surfaces less often than the HPC and GM programs, and that scarcity is exactly why an alert pays off here. Tell us the categories and regions you want under this code, and we will message you the moment a matching TRGT load goes live, instead of refreshing the page on a schedule nobody controls. We do not control when loads land, so the alert is how you hear first.
Your payment is held and protected until your load is confirmed and on its way to you. If we cannot deliver what we committed to, you are not out the money. No wiring money into the dark and hoping a load shows up. That protection is the foundation of how we earn repeat buyers.
They were honest about what was on the load and what they could not guarantee. The price held from quote to delivery. That alone makes them different from everyone else I have bought from.
They answered the phone and walked me through condition before I paid. My funds stayed protected until it shipped. That is rare in this space.
