WM loads come overpack and direct. Overpack means cartons packed past the standard count, and direct means nothing gets pre-picked between the source and your dock. The build blends new merchandise with customer returns in the same load, and that blend is the price of buying direct, before anything is picked over. Buyers who know this code expect the mix going in. What keeps them coming back is what the mix hides, because WM loads have a reputation for burying expensive items, electronics among them, inside ordinary-looking builds. That upside is what buyers are after.
The HPC stream is built for the treasure-hunt floor. These are popular, overpacked, shipped direct, and dense on piece count, which makes them a bin-store staple and a strong fit for discount stores working low price points. We describe the condition the way the load record shows it, rather than rounding it up, and the tile carries the condition mix before you commit.
